Hands down VIP experience I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in the lady (sorry I can’t remember her name )at the front desk was sooo excited to see me I felt like I was a regular customer even though this was my first time visiting Mint dental she asked if I would like something to drink. She kept me informed the whole time while I was waiting, My wait time was less then 10 minutes and I was walking back talk about fast 💨 Then I was greeted to a wonderful chair with a massage I was like WOW 🤩 you got me now . I never went to to a dentist with a chair that gives you a massage while receiving treatment ⭐️❤️My dentist Ms Jones was wonderful she explained everything to me and ask if I had any questions made me feel so comfortable. Next was my hygienist omg!!! ❤️❤️Talk about the BEST cleaning ever done !! Man where do I start! Upon walk in you’re greeted by smiling receptionist and offered water and snacks. I was having a rough start to the day and they asked me how can they make me smile! That made my day! Other than that, the dental assistant was really professional and nice as well! Dr.Jones did the exam and explained everything thoroughly! Great service on the east side is unheard of, but they have it here. Everybody was extremely polite. Nice, they offer you water and snacks. I got taken back fairly quickly. Got my x-rays, trays for teeth whitening made and got to watch Netflix in a massage chair. I didn’t get to watch for long because by the time I knew it the doctor was in. She did my exam and teeth cleaning and I was done. All around great service. I’m really happy I chose mint. More

I felt like ROYALTY when I entered the building. The two women behind the front desk stood up and acknowledged my presence. I was shocked cause well you know customer service is almost non-existent these days. Everyone, from the X-Ray tech to the Dental Hygienist to the Office Manager were genuine and helpful. The team put my concerns and anxiety at ease (I've been going to the same Dentist since I was 15). Scheduling was a bit of an issue due to being a new patient, but that had nothing to do with the East Houston location. I mention it because if you ask to be transferred to the physical location, the Office Manager will personally handle any scheduling issues that may arise. I highly recommend this location. I have an upcoming appointment to take care of a cavity which will really put them to the test LOL. I would give them 10 stars if I could! More

This East Freeway location is amazing!!! My sister referred me to Mint and I am so glad she did. The staff here is awesome. They make you feel important. Everyone here made me feel welcome and they were all smiles.( even behind the mask) . They were very personable and professional. The fact that the chair massages you and I got to listen to pandora was a plus!!! I don't have dental insurance, but they gave me options when it came to my treatment. However, my visit today exceeded my expectations; The manager Cher greeted me in the most welcoming way, the receptionist was very thorough when explaining the paperwork process, the dental assistant was very careful when taking my X-rays while ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit and Dr.Jones execution was efficient with great timing and need I add my tooth looks/feel amazing. You can tell this group of professionals love what they do, but take it very serious as well. So I hate the dentist. PERIOD. I’ve had tooth pain for months and refused to go to the dentist until recently. I was anxious and a little scared. (I had a traumatic experience as a child.) But as soon as I get there (East Houston location) the atmosphere was welcoming, the dentist came and explained the procedure, the manager went over payment, the nurse was very accommodating.
